Ritual and Ceremony

From the beginning of time, we have found ways to connect to ourselves and the world around us through ritual and ceremony. Bringing ritual and ceremony into our lives reminds us that we are a part of something much greater than ourselves, and can help guide the transition from one way of being to another, from one stage of life to another.
How does it work?
Examples of Thresholds
I will guide you in creating a ritual or ceremony based on your specific life circumstances, needs and what is calling to you at this time in your life. During our initial meeting, we will discuss all the details of what feels important to you to, what this transition or threshold means for you and how ritual and/or ceremony can support you during this time. This can be a ritual you do on your own, with me as your guide, or with a group of friends and loved ones. Nothing is too big or small to honor through ritual - if you are feeling called to honor a transition or shift in your life, I would love to guide and support you. Feel free to reach out with any questions and we can discuss the process in more depth.

"We not only nurture our sacred relationships through ritual, but we are nurtured by them as well. In ritual, we move, and we are moved."

"Ritual is able to hold the long-discarded shards of our stories and make them whole again. It has the strength and elasticity to contain what we cannot contain on our own, what we cannot face in solitude."
-Francis Weller
